Between 2015 and 2018, I walked through the streets of Iran with my camera, drawn to the quiet rhythm of everyday life. My photographs capture ordinary people and places—moments that often go unnoticed yet speak deeply about who we are. Street vendors, children at play, a brief glance between strangers—all become fragments of a larger story about identity, resilience, and belonging.
Through a documentary approach, I sought to create an honest record of Iranian life beyond headlines and clichés. These images are not about grand events or staged beauty, but about the subtle poetry of the mundane—the texture of a wall, the weight of light in an alley, the small gestures that reveal our shared humanity.
Each frame carries a sense of stillness and tension, shaped by both intimacy and distance. Together, they form a portrait of a country in motion, seen through the lens of someone both within and observing from afar—a search for connection in the midst of change.
