Mass production wins the competition with any handmade craft. However, the quality of handmade products is usually unique. We are living in a world where machines are slowly replacing humans, and handcrafting will be a rarety and soon only a part of our history. Photographing the last generation of these people is necessary as a reference for the next generation to know how this world was before them. There is a joke in my family that we use when someone cooks delicious food. Every time one of us says something to compliment the food, the cook will reply: “It is a wonderful food because I cook it with love”. However, it is a fact because every time someone creates something, that person puts some part of his/her soul in it.
